Vault control and withdrawal permissions
The ReserveVault is a protocol-managed contract. It is not upgradeable and it has not been audited. The roles below are everything that can act on it.

Withdrawal rules per launch
Each launch chooses its vault mode once, at launch. Nobody, including the registry owner, can change it afterwards.
Locked
No withdrawal path for anyone. Not the creator, not the admin, not token holders. Holdings stay in the vault.
Creator-controlled
Only the launch creator can withdraw, and only after a 7-day public notice that starts with an on-chain request. The requested amount is earmarked so it cannot be requested twice. The creator may cancel a request; the creator role can be handed over in two steps.
- No holder redemption or dividends exist. The contract has no holder-facing function.
- A creator can move a launch to another listed asset only after the admin has disabled purchases of the current one. Holdings already bought stay under the old asset; only future purchases change.
Registry owner powers
- Pause NEW launches; existing launches, fee collection and withdrawals are unaffected
- Set the platform fee for NEW launches, never above 20%; every launch freezes its own policy
- Set the treasury that receives the platform share
- Set the vault address exactly once
The owner cannot change an existing launch’s fee policy, creator, splitter, vault mode or reserve asset, and has no path to creator fees or reserve holdings. Ownership transfers in two steps. The registry is not upgradeable and is unaudited.

Issuer-level risk
Reserve assets are Robinhood Stock Tokens. Their issuer keeps powers over every balance, including the vault’s, that MonaPad cannot remove.
- Issuer blocklist: transfers to or from a blocked address revert.
- Issuer may pause the token, burn balances (adminBurn) and upgrade the implementation through its beacon.
- Not offered to U.S. persons; further restrictions apply in Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other jurisdictions (docs.robinhood.com/rhj).
